It is difficult for us to write a true family update this month. August ended very sadly as we lost my mom on August 31st. We were able to fly home to Green Bay on August 30 and spend her for her last two days here on earth with her. My family was at her side when she stepped from this earth into Jesus' arms. I would not have wanted to be anywhere else. I loved my mom very much and talked to her every day. She was an amazing shepherd to all of us and she will never leave our hearts. She has taught us many lessons but most of all she taught us to love unconditionally. We will miss her deeply but our hope is in Christ and His promises.

As a testimony of how much my Mom loved us, she chose to set up a memorial to Agape Flights in lieu of flowers. I am speechless, and awestruck that even after she is gone, she is still taking care of her sheep. Thank you, Mom and Dad! There are just no words to express how much that means to Lance and I. We love you!
Oh, Lynn. Hugs to you and your family. While I didn't know your mom, I'm confident that her love and kindness lives on through you! Love, Kristin Mikarts
